Nothing pleases us more than pleasing our customers. Apparently, that sits pretty well with them, too. But don't just take our word for it. Here are a few kind words our customers had to say about our printing firm. It's experiences like these -- and the chance to work with such wonderful people -- that make us look forward to coming to work each day!

Jeff Shrader
Advance Guard Militaria

Even in this age of the Internet, we find that a number of the best customers for our antique arms and military antiques business prefer a printed catalog to use in conjunction with our website. You might think that finding and acquiring long-lost treasure troves of antique military equipment and war trophies would be difficult, and it usually is. However, much to our frustration, we learned that finding a printer who will consistently deliver a quality catalog -- on time and without errors -- is far and away more elusive than the olive drab El Dorado of militaria myth and legend!

For years, we struggled with the now-familiar pattern. First, as a "new client," things go beautifully. After a catalog or two, there might be a problem or two, but with some effort, they can be resolved. After a few more catalogs, quality control apparently becomes optional, random problems are a feature built into every job, and solving them is very clearly not high on anyone's priority list. When the blood pressure finally spikes, it's time to find a new printer. We were introduced to this four-step process by our hometown printer 15 years ago. Over the years, we have repeated the experience elsewhere: here in Missouri, then on to Kentucky, Ohio, and Washington.

In desperation a few years ago, we put our job out for bid on the Internet and got a reply from Leader Printing in Madison, South Dakota. Fully resigned to the idea that this would probably last for five or six issues at most, we began as the "new client" yet again. To my great surprise and relief, I was wrong. We have been working with Leader Printing for seven years now, and our status as "new client" has only strengthened over time.
